Nate Danielson Named WHL AMBHL Prospect of the Month


Calgary, Alta – Nate Danielson of the Red Deer Rebels is the WHL AMBHL Prospect of the Month for January. The Rebels captain and his team were on fire in the month of January going undefeated outscoring their opponents 31 to 5 in just five games cementing their position at the top of the Ram South division with a 19-4-2 record.

Danielson posted six goals and seven assists for 13 points in five games and was named 1st star of the game twice as well as being named 3rd star of the game once. Outside of league play Danielson added six points in five games at the John Reid Memorial Tournament in St. Albert.

On the season Danielson has 17 goals, 25 assists and 42 points which leads his team and ties him for eighth in league scoring. Danielson has also played two games in the AMMHL scoring four goals in two games and in his AMBHL career has notched 68 points in 57 games.
