AMBHL will host its 28th Annual All Star Game in Grand Prairie

Grand Prairie, AB – The Alberta Major Bantam Hockey League (AMBHL) will host its 28th Annual All Star Game in Grand Prairie, Alberta at the Weyerhaeuser Arena Saturday, January 13th at 11:00 AM MT.

The game, which features a matchup of North versus South, welcomes the top 46 players across the AMBHL, in addition to the coaching and training staffs of the St Albert Gregg Distributor Sabers and the Calgary Bison’s. Team coaches and training staff were selected based on their respected club teams leading the Alberta North and South Division standings.

Teams will arrive in Grand Prairie Friday January 12th to practice as a group in advance of puck drop on Saturday. Each team is compiled of a 23-man roster, including 13 forwards, 7 defensemen, and 3 goaltenders. The Calgary Bison’s and St. Albert Sabres have the highest representation of players attending the event, with five (5) players apiece.
